  • Countries: We currently ship across Australia.

  • Future expansion: We may expand to additional countries in the future.


Shipping Costs

  • Within Australia: Free shipping on all orders.

  • No hidden fees: All costs are clearly displayed at checkout.


Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST) will be processed same day.

  • Weekend orders: Orders placed during the weekend are processed the next business day.


Transit Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.

  • Business days: Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or logistics delays.


Shipping Process

  • Reliable couriers: We use trusted courier services such as Australia Post or Sendle.

  • Insured shipping: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service if your item is lost or damaged during transport.

  • Eco-friendly packaging: We strive to use sustainable materials to reduce our environmental impact.


Tracking Instructions

  • Tracking details: After your purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including courier and tracking number.

  • Track your order: Use your tracking number via our tracking portal to check the status of your delivery.

Missing Item Procedure

  • Report missing items: Contact our support team at support@zerindi.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: We’ll investigate and provide a replacement or full refund if the item cannot be located.


Return Policy

  • Returns accepted: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs:

    • For defective items or items not as described: We cover the return shipping costs.

    • For change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • Refunds: Processed within 10 days of receiving the return, refunded via the original payment method.


Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees: Zerindi does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.


Return Shipping Costs (Summary)

  • Defective items: No cost to the customer — we cover return shipping.

  • Change of mind: Customer pays actual return shipping cost.
